Notifications allow you to receive real-time email and/or SMS alerts on your top-priority in-house patient events, even when you're not logged in to the Bamboo Health platform. Bamboo Health recommends setting up notifications for the patient events most critical to your care coordination workflows. For example, you can choose to receive real-time alerts when:
Patients affiliated with certain ACOs and population health management organizations are admitted to your hospital;
High-utilizer patients who've been to the ED 3+ times in the last 60 days present to your ED;
Patients in your ED have been inpatient within the prior 30 days and thus may be at risk of incurring a readmission;
Patients on your floor have been admitted to a SNF within the prior 30 days and may not need another 3 overnight stay before returning to skilled care; and more!
At any time, you can change what notifications you receive, and how often you receive them, at any time by editing your notifications settings.
